Shelbina City Crews were braving the heat Monday as they busted up the old broken concrete out of West Chestnut.

The PPC is used in the underwriting process of insurance that they insure. ISO looks at the fire department, including trucks and equipment, pump capacity, number of firefighters responding, response time, and training.
